親父から受け継ぐ農家のこと
皆さん、お世話になっております。本日も松村が書いております。
今回は田植え体験をやってきました。今までは畑をしてた土地を田んぼに換え
今年から米作りに挑戦です。って言うても親父が米作りはしてたので
親父に教えてもらいながらやりました。
今年からゲストハウスをしていてそのゲストハウスで出すお米を自分たちで作って
振る舞おうってことからの挑戦です。
弊社のサンテラスデイサービスでも食べてもらおうと考えてます。
おかんにおにぎりを握ってもらい田植えした後に食べました。
外で食べるおにぎりは別格の味でした。
これからもまだまだやっていくことはありますが、まずは大成功です。

I’m trying to make rice from this year. Even so, my father was making rice.
I did it while being taught by my father.
I’ve been working at a guest house since this year, and we make our own rice from that guest house.

I had the rice balls held by Okan and ate them after planting rice.
The rice balls eaten outside had a special taste.
There is still a lot to do in the future, but first of all, it is a great success.
